Henry Mullis conveyed Winmour Cottage to his niece Clara Emma Mullis on January 2nd 1905, in Fee Simple, for the sum of £100.
A later conveyance indicates that the Mullis family kept the deeds for this and the 1877 Dean to Mullis Mortgage. This information is therefore taken from an Abstract of Title for Miss Clara Emma Mullis dated Jul 1st 1926.
