Transcript Nathaniel proved 1837

Nathaniel Stilgoe, National Archives 1837 Helmdon THIS IS THE LAST WILL and Testament of me Nathaniel Stilgoe of Sodin?on?? in the County of Northampton Yeoman as follows that is to say All my household goods and household furniture plate Linen and China I give and bequeath unto Mary Stilgoe the daughter of my nephew Nathaniel Stilgoe of Chapel ?Ascott in the County of Warwick farmer & grazier and Sarah Parker Stilgoe the daughter of my ?[nephew?] Henry Stilgoe of the parish of Adderbury in the County of Oxford farmer and grazier in equal shares and proportions to and for their own several and respective use And I do direct that the same shall be parted and divided between them by and at the direction of their said fathers I give and bequeath unto the said Mary Stilgoe the Legacy or Sum of One hundred pounds and unto the said Sarah Parker Stilgoe the Legacy or Sum of fifty pounds to be paid and payable to them respectively when and as they do and shall severally attain their age and respective ages of twenty one years I give and bequeath unto Hannah H??? ?of ??Sambon in the said County of Northampton widow of Benjamin ?? late of ?atworth in the same County County [sic.] farmer of One Hundred pounds to be paid and payable to her within twelve calendar months ?? after my decease all my ready money and securities for money and all other my personal Estate effects of every description not herein before otherwise disposed of and also all and every my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Tenements ?? and Real Estate whatsoever wher? Situate in Sodin?on aforesaid or elsewhere and wherewith & may die seised or possessed I give devise and bequeath unto and to the ?niece of my said nephew Nathaniel Stilgo and Mary Stilgoe and to their several respective heirs executors admons and assigns for ever To hold and take the same as tenants in common and not as joint tenants they ?there??? paying and discharging the aforesaid several legacies and also all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses and with which I do so hereby charge subject and make chargeable the same accordingly And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint them my said Nephews Nathaniel Stilgoe and Henry Stilgoe joint EXECUTORS of this my last Will and Testament and also ?Sward?? and Trustees of and for their respective Daughters during their respective minorities hereby revoking disannulling and making void all former Will and Wills by me made and do declare this alone to be and contain my ?? and whole last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty three Nathaniel Stilgoe Sealed published and declared In the said Nathaniel Stilgoe {insert “the testator”] as and for his last Will and Testament in the prescence of ?? who at his request in his prescence and in the prescence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto Jo?lne?
