This Indenture made the ffirst Day of May Anno Dni 1635 And in the Eleaventh yeare of the Raigne of our Sovaigne Lord Charles by the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland Kinge Defender of the faith &c Betweene Thomas Wickham of ffifield in the County of Southton Esqe on thone pte And John Lane of Clifton in the pish of Daddington als Deddington in the County of Oxon gen and ffrances his wife on the other parte Witnesseth that the said Thomas Wickham for and in Consideracon of the Sume of Three hundred and fifty poundes to him before hand payd by the said John Lane and ffrances his wife and for other Valuable Consideracons Doth hereby grant bargayne and sell unto the said john Lane and ffrances his wife and the heires of the said John All that the Guild or ffratrnity of the Holy Trinitie and St. Mary of Daddington als Deddington in the said County of Oxon lately dissolved And all Messuages landes tenemts Rentes services and hereditamts whatsoever in the parish of Daddington aforesaid to the said Guild or ffraternity belonginge or appteyneinge or heretofore had knowne lett used taken or reputed as pte pcell or member of the said late Guild or ffraternitie with all and singuler their apptenncs sometimes heretofore in the tenure or occupacon of Sr Anthony Cope Knight or his Assignes parcell of the Landes and possessions of the Dutchie of Lancaster And all and singular Messuages houses edifices shopps Sellers Sollers Courtes Curtelages Stables Dovehouses Gardens orchardes landes grounds Meadowes pastures woodes underwoodes furzes heathes Woodes Marishes backsides wayes wastes Comons orchardes landes pffitts comodityes emolumts and hereditamentes whatsoever with their apptennces of what nature or knde soever they be or by what name or names soever they were called or known situate lyinge and beinge within the pish of Daddington aforesaid to the said Guild or ffraternity Messuages Landes Tenemts hereditamts and pmisses or any pte or pcell thereof belonginge or in any wise appteyneinge or accepted reputed Deemed taken or knowne as pte pcell or member thereof or of any pte or pcell thereof And all other the Messuages Lands Tenemts and hereditemts whatsoever of the said Thomas Wickham situate lyinge and beinge in the towne, fieldes, parish or precincts of Daddington aforesaid Except and allwayes reserved forth of these prtes one Messuage or tenemt & one yard land with their appurtennces in Daddington aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupation of one Thomas Nutt or of his Assignes and one other Messuage or tenemt and two yard lands with their apptennces in Daddington aforesaid now or late in the tenure or occupation of one Thomas Maynard or of his Assignes, and one other Messuage or tent and halfe yard landes with the apptennces in Daddington aforesd nor or late in the occupacon of Nicholas Rand or of his Assignes and one other Close with the apptennces now or late in the tenure or occupacon of Edward Maynard or of his Assignes in Daddington aforesaid To have and to hold the said Guild or ffraternitie Messuages lands tenemts hereditamts and premisses and evy pte & pcell thereof with their apptennces (except before excepted) unto the said John Lane and ffrances his wife and the heires of the said john Lane for ever In witnes whereof the said ptyes to these psent Indentures Interchangably have sett their handes and seales the Day and yeare frst above written :/:
