75th Anniversaries of VE & VJ Days in lockdown

The Royal British Legion led ceremonies which would have marked both of these important days had to be severely curtailed because of Covid-19. Plans for parades, ceremonies and street parties across the nation were severely curtailed. Instead low key, but nonetheless very heartfelt activities, were held on both days.
