External assets

Due to limitations in the overall size of a PDF file, the file you require can be found in an adjacent folder or directory. Unfortunately, most browsers and PDF viewers do not allow direct linking to an external file.

To identify the file you want please look at the link that bought you here, it will have an asset number following the link. For example [#19288].

You can find these external files below the "assets"  folder that is next to this PDF. They are sorted in to their different types. Each file's name starts with its asset number so you can locate the right file.
